We would like to reassure you that we’ve taken proactive steps to ensure the safety of both our guests and employees in light of Covid-19. All of our employees have undertaken training to further enhance our existing rigorous standards by introducing additional hygiene and safety measures.
We have introduced a one-way system through the hotel, and minimised contact and interaction during check-in. Guests are no longer required to check-out and can simply leave their room key outside their door following their stay. We are following all current government guidelines for the safety of our guests and employees; we kindly ask guests to wear face masks when entering and leaving the hotel. At Norton House Hotel, as it has always been, the safety and well-being of our guests and employees is our highest priority.
Our restaurant is open to both residents and non-residents, serving the high-quality seasonal produce that the Bistro is renowned for. Residents can savour delightful breakfasts and delicious evening meals indoors or al fresco on our recently refurbished patio area. Breakfast is currently table service only, and we ask that guests book a table in advance for evening meals as we are limiting the amount of bookings in the Bistro to maintain social distancing.
