Dear Karen and all the staff at Norton House,

Hi there! I just wanted to drop you a line or two to offer our heartfelt thanks for making our wedding reception so wonderful.

The day was absolutely perfect from start to finish and we couldn't be more grateful. Karen, during the planning you were so calm and approachable that it made my life a lot easier! At times, planning the wedding was one of the most stressful things I'd ever done and I couldn't have done it without you.

On the day the room looked like something out of a magazine, the food was amazing, Rob's disco was great fun and all your staff were so professional and attentive to us and our guests. We have received so many compliments since the wedding that I can't thank you all enough.

Thanks again to you, Paul and all the staff (especially Sue and Heather) for making our wedding day so unforgettable!
